Since the original version was so rushed, I've been spending most of my time reworking the code so I can implemented the other ideas that never managed to make it in. It's also taking a while since I work full time and don't have a lot of leftover time for this.

On another note, I spent my Saturday working on some new sprites for the game. I'm by no means a professional in any form but I'm pretty happy with how these turned out. Take a look:
